- No content, portion or part of the PerformingMind website and/or course material, may be used or reproduced in any form or manner without the website owner’s express consent.
- The copyright in and to all material remains vested in the website owner, and registered users of the website are licensed to use the material subject to the terms of use.
- I understand and agree that I will only receive a module once the previous module’s assignment has been returned to PerformingMind.
- I understand and agree that PerformingMind is under no obligation to repay the fees if I am not willing / able to continue with the programme.
- I understand that if I have not completed the programme within twelve months, registration will fall away, and fees will be non-refundable.
- PerformingMind cannot be held responsible for any sports-related performance issues, or any form of consequences arising thereof.
- PerformingMind reserves the right to decline registration to any person whom it is felt will not sufficiently grasp the material.
